• Restriction of processing where legally applicable
• Portability in a standard format
• Objection to marketing-related or legitimate-interest processing
• Withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis

How to exercise your rights

Contact contact@psymind.app and describe the request. We may ask for verification before acting on account-related requests.

We respond within 30 days unless a longer period is allowed by law for complex requests.

Optional consents

Product improvement consent, marketing consent, public profile visibility, and temporary support access are optional and can be changed from Dashboard where available.
