1. About PsyMind

PsyMind is an AI-assisted educational and self-development application for generating, evaluating, saving, and listening to personalized suggestions, affirmations, and guided meditation scripts.

PsyMind is intended for adults 18+ only. By using PsyMind, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. No medical or psychological advice

PsyMind uses principles from self-suggestion, psychology, NLP, guided meditation, and guided self-suggestion language, but it is not therapy or medical treatment.

PsyMind does not provide medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. The content generated by the app is informational and educational. It does not replace qualified professional care.

If you are dealing with a mental health crisis, trauma, severe anxiety, depression, self-harm thoughts, medical symptoms, or any urgent condition, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

3. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated automatically with AI assistance and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and using the output with your own judgment.

4. Accounts and access

You may need an account to save history, use audio generation, manage subscriptions, or access paid features. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

5. Subscriptions, payments, and limits

Paid plans and checkout are processed by Stripe. The app may include monthly usage limits, free limits, bonus credits, or plan-based access. Displayed plan terms apply at the time of purchase.

Refund and cancellation rules are detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Quick summary: you can cancel anytime; full refund available in the first 14 days.

6. Affiliate program

Each PsyMind account receives an Affiliate identity and personal attribution link. Using or sharing that link, or requesting or accepting an Affiliate payout, means you agree to this section. The Affiliate program does not change the referred customer's price, plan, credits, or entitlements and provides no buyer incentive.

The last eligible Affiliate click within 30 days receives attribution. Once a subscription is attributed, that acquisition remains locked to the subscription.
The default commission is 20% of commissionable net cash for the first 12 paid subscription months. A partner-specific base rate from 1% through 20% may apply prospectively when it is shown in the Affiliate account.
A 30% performance rate applies prospectively only after at least 30 prior attributable paid invoices, a refund rate of 10% or less, a dispute rate of 1% or less, and a complete passing delivery-cost guard. If any requirement is missing or fails, the performance rate does not apply.
Commissionable net cash excludes or reverses refunds, disputes, taxes, credits, and processor reversals. Negative adjustments carry forward.
Positive commissions are held for 60 days. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually on a monthly cycle when the eligible net balance reaches USD 50. Identity, tax, payment, and fraud-review information may be required before a payout is approved.
Self-referral is prohibited, including using another account that belongs to the same person. Fraud, deceptive promotion, manipulation, or attempts to bypass attribution or payout controls may result in pause, block, cancellation, reversal, or non-payment of affected commissions.
Changing an Affiliate code permanently retires the old code. Existing locked acquisitions and historical commission records are not reassigned.

Account deletion cannot complete while a positive unsettled Affiliate balance or an open payout exists. Contact PsyMind support to resolve the settlement first. Minimal financial, tax, fraud, dispute, and audit records may be retained where legally required, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use PsyMind to create harmful, abusive, deceptive, illegal, or exploitative content.
Do not attempt to bypass access limits, abuse APIs, scrape the service, or interfere with infrastructure.
Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

8. Intellectual property

The PsyMind platform, evaluation framework, methodology, UI, prompts, scoring logic, and related materials are owned by PsyMind / Pro Success LLC or licensed to PsyMind. You may use your generated outputs for personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, pause, remove, or change features, models, limits, pricing, or integrations. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsyMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content.

11. Privacy

Use of PsyMind is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and GDPR Rights.

We do not use emotional entries for ad targeting and we do not send personal reflections to advertising platforms.
