Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Pro and Premium plans include a 7-day free trial when started for the first time. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

If you cancel during the trial, you keep access to the paid features until the trial period ends, after which your account returns to the free plan.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard, or by writing to contact@psymind.app.

When you cancel:

• You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again.
• Your account stays active on the free plan. Your history, favorites, and account data remain intact.

3. Refunds — first 14 days

If you have paid for a Pro or Premium plan and you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of the initial purchase. Write to contact@psymind.app with the subject "Refund request" and your purchase email.

Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days. They are returned to the original payment method.

4. Refunds — after 14 days

After the first 14 days, refunds are handled case-by-case. We refund unused, full billing periods when:

• The service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a PsyMind-side issue.
• A billing error was made on our side.
• You request it within 7 days of the billing date and explain a specific dissatisfaction or change of circumstance — write to contact@psymind.app and we will read every request personally.

We do not refund partial billing periods after the first 14 days. We do not refund usage already consumed (meditations already generated and listened to).

5. Annual plans

Annual plans (Pro $59.99, Premium $149.99) qualify for the full 14-day refund window from the date of initial purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you can cancel anytime to prevent renewal at the end of the term.

6. Founding Members

Founding Member subscribers ($9.99/month for life) are subject to the same cancellation and refund rules. The locked-in founding price applies as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the founding price is not guaranteed — you re-enroll at the then-current public price.

7. Lifetime tier

Lifetime purchases ($299 one-time) include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable. They include access to the agreed lifetime features for as long as PsyMind operates.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will work with you to resolve any billing issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
